The top six Asian teams will take part in it, which will be divided into two groups of three each. India, Pakistan, and Nepal are in Group A, while Group B has Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan. Sri Lanka are the defending champions, having won the last edition, beating Pakistan in the final.

It will be a great chance for the Asian teams to prepare for the sub-continent teams to get ready for the 2023 ODI World Cup in India. All these teams are sweating hard for the upcoming Asia Cup. But Bangladesh opener Mohammad Naim seems to have taken his preparation to the whole another level.

Over the years, fans have seen cricketers do some weird things, but this must be at the top of them all. The opener gave credit to Sabit Rayhan, who was supporting him in the video. He also thanked his teammates, including Taskin Ahmed and Nurul Hasan Sohan, in the video.

Notably, Rayhan has helped many cricketers with different mind-training exercises. He was also part of the Rangpur Riders during the last edition of the Bangladesh Premier League. The Asia Cup will start on August 30 with a match between Pakistan and Nepal in Multan.

India will play Pakistan on September 2 in Pallekele, while Bangladesh will open their campaign on August 31 with a match against Sri Lanka. These two teams share a quiet rivalry with each other. The final of the tournament will take place on September 17 in Colombo.
