Indian fast bowler Dhawal Kulkarni has grabbed the headlines once again as the reports have surfaced online claiming that the Mumbai Indians are looking to sign him as a replacement if any of their players get injured. Kulkarni was a part of the IPL 2022 Mega Auction, but he went unsold at the mega event.


Subsequently, he decided to join the Star Sports commentary panel and is working as a Hindi and Marathi commentator for the host broadcasters. Kulkarni may now soon be taking the field in IPL 2022, playing for the Mumbai Indians is reports are to be believed.

Fans should note that Kulkarni has played multiple seasons for the Mumbai Indians in the past. In fact, he was a part of the Mumbai Indians team that won the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League. Also, he made his IPL debut for 2008 in MI.
