In a video shared in International Cricket Council (ICC)‘s Instagram handle, Indian pace bowler Jasprit Bumrah was captured imitating his fellow teammate Ravindra Jadeja’s bowling action in the nets.

Jasprit Bumrah, who is recognised as the one of the best active pace bowler in the world, is quite popular around the country for his speedy and accurate yorker bowling as well as his stunning bowling action.

But, no one knows why, but the current best Indian pace bowler felt like copying his teammate and left-arm spin bowler Ravindra Jadeja’s bowling action during the nets practice session. You can watch the video below.

Note that the Indian cricket team has eliminated from the T20 World Cup 2021 from the Super 12 rounds of the competition, missing out on the Semi-Final spot to New Zealand. The video posted by the International Cricket Council (ICC), was taken back when the Indian cricket team was still active in the T20 World Cup 2021.

Jasprit Bumrah was one of the top performers for Team India in a quite a heartbreaking T20 World Cup, in which India lost to Pakistan for the first time in any World Cup events. The event also marked the end of Virat Kohli’s reign as India’s T20 captain. Bumrah picked up 7 wickets in 5 matches, whereas, Ravindra Jadeja also was quite successful with 7 wickets to his name in 5 matches.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India has announced the Indian team for the upcoming T20 series against New Zealand later this month beginning from the 17th of November.

After Virat Kohli announced that he is stepping down as India’s T20 captain, Rohit Sharma has been appointed the new T20 captain, while Rahul Dravid will take charge of the Indian team on full-term basis as India’s new Head Coach from the New Zealand series.
