Nandre Burger, in his debut Test, claimed Rahul’s wicket among his three dismissals. Rahul’s achievement of scoring two Test centuries at the SuperSport Park in Centurion marked a unique feat, eluding cricket legends like Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, Ricky Ponting, and Brian Lara.

Rahul’s first century at Centurion was achieved on December 26, 2021, when he scored 123 runs. This recent century marked his eighth in Test cricket. Notably, he reached the three-figure mark with a six off Kagiso Rabada’s delivery, navigating the challenge of a dwindling number of batting partners.
