Rinku Singh played a fantastic inning in the match, scoring a blazing half-century of 77 runs for Uttar Pradesh in the first quarter-final of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, facing only 33 balls.

Against Punjab, Rinku played a remarkable innings, hitting 4 boundaries and 6 sixes, accumulating a total of 52 runs in just 10 balls. What makes Rinku’s innings special is that in the first 21 balls of his inning, he had scored only 38 runs. However, he turned the tables on the opposition bowlers, smashing 5 sixes in the last 12 balls to make a total of 39 runs. He scored 22 runs in Arshdeep Singh’s over during this period.
