Batters have to practice a lot in cricket because there are different types of bowlers in a team, and they have to face multiple bowlers in the same match. Without proper practice, the batters cannot tackle the deliveries from different bowlers in different conditions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, on a pitch that helps the pacers, the hook shoot, leaving the ball and pull shot can be useful, while on a turning track, the players need to have a proper idea of when to go on the backfoot and when to dance down the track and attack the bowlers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
