1) MI New York
As usual, the Mumbai Indians owners made some marquee signings such as Rashid Khan, Trent Boult, Kagiso Rabada, Kieron Pollard and Tim David. Nicholas Pooran is also a part of the setup. Some experienced USA cricketers like Monank Patel and Stevan Taylor are also in the setup. Most of the USA recruits are in and around the national team and hence, compared to the other teams, they might be able to put on a better show on the field.
2) San Francisco Unicorns
San Francisco Unicorns is one of the teams that might win the first season of Major League Cricket. When it comes to overseas signings, the Unicorns have made some good hirings. The likes of Aaron Finch, Shadab Khan, Marcus Stoinis, Haris Rauf and Finn Allen will play for the franchise. Top local recruits include Corey Anderson, Tajinder Singh, Smit Patel and Chaitanya Bishnoi amongst others. They all would give a terrific balance to the squad.
