DC might have to find consistency in its tactics. They changed too many things too often, and that failed for them last season.
1) Karun Nair
A few reports claim that Karun could be on his way out of DC. It is not sure the reason because he was decent in a few games last season. DC anyway needs some Indian batters, but it appears that the franchise is not very impressed with him. It will be a big surprise if he is released because he is now in good form at the domestic level.

It is more about his price tag and also his fitness. Due to these reasons, DC could release Nattu. There are chances that the franchise could try to get him again at a cheaper fee, as well. Nattu can still make a strong comeback if he has a good domestic season.
3) Faf du Plessis
Faf is not best suited to be the constant opener for the side in the next two seasons. There are some young openers doing well, and hence, DC could try them. Faf is anyways into his forties and DC must not rely too much on him. Players like Ben Duckett could offer better for the side.
