RCB might be tempted to add some fresh names to the squad. However, they will be wary not to disturb the combination or change the atmosphere much.
1) Liam Livingstone
Liam Livingstone was not in great touch for RCB. However, there are not too many middle-order hitters available on the market. Livi showed improved form in the Hundred, and he also adds value with the ball. Hence, he could be retained by RCB.
2) Manoj Bhandage is one of the players RCB might surprisingly retain before IPL 2026
Manoj has been at RCB for a while now. However, the chances have not come, barring one game in a rain-affected fixture last season. Yet, RCB will back him despite him not doing much at the domestic level. This is mainly because of his profile as a pace-bowling all-rounder.
3) Mayank Agarwal
Experience counts in IPL and Mayank showed that when he came in as the replacement for Devdutt Padikkal in IPL 2025. While consistency is a problem, as a backup batter and someone who energizes the environment, Mayank will be a good retention.
