As per a few reports, SRH is considering the release of Heinrich Klaasen. Here, we take a look at the list of three teams which could target Heinrich Klaasen if he is in the auctions.
It would be a shocking move if that happens, especially because Klaasen was decent last year. He still has the age and skills to do well for the side in this cycle itself.
1) Chennai Super Kings
CSK is looking for a wicket-keeper for the future. Dewald Brevis is there as the foreign middle-order batter, but there is scope for another player in the XI. In this regard, Klassen would be a dream acquisition for CSK.
2) Lucknow Super Giants is one of the teams which could target Heinrich Klaasen if he is in the auctions
LSG might release David Miller before the next season. Klaasen would be a good replacement for him. He has been a part of the Super Giants family and would be a perfect option to take care of the finishing duties along with the other youngsters.
3) Kolkata Knight Riders
KKR will have the advantage of a big purse at the auctions. They need a wicket-keeper and an option at No.5 with immense skills. Klaasen fits the bill perfectly here. Rinku Singh, between Klaasen and Andre Russel,l would make the perfect middle order for KKR. Hence, KKR is on this list.
