Virat Kohli is currently playing for India in a tour match against Leicestershire. The Indian Test squad has reached England for seven international matches against the home team. The tour will kick off with the rescheduled fifth Test match, where fans will witness India and England locking horns in the longest format of the game.

To get accustomed to the conditions in England, the Indian stars have reached a few days early and are playing a tour match against Leicestershire right now. As has been the norm in this COVID era, the teams have carried net bowlers with them while visiting another nation.

Fast bowler Kamlesh Nagarkoti is one of the net bowlers for India on this tour, and there was an incident involving him and one of the fans during the practice. The exact details of that incident are not out yet, but a video has surfaced on social media, where Virat Kohli can be seen scolding one of the fans in the stands.

Virat Kohli has not come out to bat in the second innings of India against Leicestershire

Virat Kohli scored 33 runs in the first innings of the match against Leicestershire. He was one of the top-scorers for the visitors in the first innings. Kohli smashed a magnificent six off Prasidh Krishna’s bowling during his knock of 33 runs.

The second innings of the Indian cricket team is currently underway, with the score being 148/4 at the end of 40 overs. Interestingly, neither Rohit Sharma nor Virat have come out to bat in the innings so far. At the moment, Shreyas Iyer and Shardul Thakur are in the middle for India.
