Anushka (Sharma) was with me, and I looked at her like this, and my face fell. She was like ‘What?’ I showed her the message, I showed her the WhatsApp chat and the voice note from AB de Villiers,” he added.

Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers played together for 10 years

AB de Villiers made his Indian Premier League debut in 2008. In the first three seasons, he played for the Delhi Daredevils. The Royal Challengers Bangalore signed him at the IPL 2011 Mega Auction and he remained a part of the RCB franchise till the date of his retirement.

Fans witnessed many great partnerships between the duo of de Villiers and Kohli. Sadly, the cricket universe will no longer be able to enjoy watching the duo dominate the bowlers and score big runs for the Royal Challengers Bangalore team.
