Gayle has played for three teams in the history of IPL. While he started his career at Kolkata Knight Riders, he then next played for RCB before landing at Punjab Kings. In a recent Q&A Instagram session, Gayle was asked which teams he will support in IPL 2022. The Jamaican superstar had no qualms in naming that RCB and PBKS will have his support for IPL 2022. He even went on to tell that he would want one of these two teams to clinch the trophy. Here is what the IPL legend said:

An IPL legend in every sense, Chris Gayle had not registered himself of the auctions. Hence, he will not take part in IPL 2022. A player who is used to lit up the tournament with his monstrous shows, IPL will miss the presence of the West Indian. It needs to be seen if he will make a comeback in a different capacity.
