The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is preparing to host an impressive pre-match spectacle featuring some of the nation’s most renowned musicians before the highly anticipated Cricket World Cup 2023 match between India and Pakistan.
The match, set to take place at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium, is already in the spotlight for its cricketing significance, but the addition of musical performances promises to enhance its allure on Saturday.
The BCCI has announced that some of India’s top singers, including Arijit Singh, Shankar Mahadevan, and Sukhwinder Singh, will grace the pre-match show at the venue.
Despite the absence of a formal opening ceremony for the Cricket World Cup 2023 clash, the BCCI has ambitious plans for the India-Pakistan encounter.
The pre-match show is scheduled to kick off at 12:30 PM IST, followed by the match at 2:00 PM IST, with the toss taking place half an hour prior.
Esteemed Indian artists like Arijit Singh, Sukhwinder Singh, Neha Kakkar, Sunidhi Chauhan and Shankar Mahadevan are set to captivate the audience during the pre-match event.
Fans have gone to great lengths to secure tickets for the India-Pakistan match, and as of now, not a single ticket is available for the October 14th fixture.
