In an interview with Cricket Pakistan earlier today, Rashid Khan spoke about his batting performances, especially the no-look six. He clarified that it is not a helicopter shot. The helicopter shot is a trademark shot of former Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni. He played that shot against fast bowlers who would fire yorkers at him in the slog overs.

When asked to elaborate on his no-look six, Rashid Khan replied:

“It is not a helicopter shot because it is a bit different. I have always had strong wrists and that is what I utilise – it is basically just a flick shot. I have put in effort in my bowling; be it my balance, head position, and other fundamental things. Hopefully, I can keep this form going.”
