In an interaction on ICC, Kallis said that he thinks Jos Buttler will be the one who scores the most runs in the World Cup. Buttler, who is part of the Rajasthan Royals, has been one of the top run-getters in the Indian Premier League.
He is pretty familiar with the conditions in India. But when it comes to ODIs, Buttler has under-par numbers. He has scored just 83 runs in eight ODIs in India so far. Kallis said, “I think Jos Butler will be the leading run scorer. I fancy him in those conditions. Along with England having a good World Cup, I think, he’s going to be the one guy that stands up.”
