In a recent interaction on his official Instagram handle, former Australian speedster Mitchell Johnson stirred controversy by claiming that India’s star batter Virat Kohli was his easiest wicket during his playing days.
Johnson made this statement in response to a fan’s comment suggesting he was Kohli’s favorite bowler.

This remark triggered a wave of trolling from Indian fans on Johnson’s post, with comments flooded with mentions of Kohli.
Despite their on-field rivalry, where Kohli often had the upper hand, Johnson managed to dismiss the Indian captain only four times in their 14 encounters in international cricket.
Mitchell Johnson bid farewell to professional cricket in 2018, concluding a distinguished career with 590 wickets across formats. Regarded as one of Australia’s greatest left-arm pacers, he played a pivotal role in two ODI World Cup-winning campaigns. Although he didn’t feature in the playing XI in the 2007 edition, Johnson contributed significantly with 15 scalps in the triumphant 2015 campaign.
