The tournament will start on August 30, and the final will take place on September 17 in Colombo. The high-voltage clash between India and Pakistan will be played on September 2 in Pallekele. With not much time left in that match, fans are pretty excited to see these two teams produce yet another nail-biting contest.

Both teams are expected to play a minimum of two games, or three if both qualify for the final. However, the start will be very important. The team that wins the first game will have an advantage in the second. India is preparing hard at the camp set in Alur, Karnataka.

On the other hand, Pakistan is coming off a 3-0 win over Afghanistan and looking good. Meanwhile, star wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan opens up about the IND-PAK clash. In a discussion on Star Sports, he said that both teams are looking very strong, but the team that can handle pressure will win.

Rizwan said that both teams have some strengths and weaknesses, but it will be a pressure game. Because whole world will watch it. He added, “India have built a good team. They have their strengths and weaknesses, and we have too. It is a pressure match. I believe the main difference between a star player and a regular international player is experience. Whoever handles pressure better will win the game.”

Both teams last played an ODI game during the 2019 ODI World Cup. India won that game when Rohit Sharma smashed a brilliant century. He made 113 balls and 140 runs. Fans will hope he can replicate that performance. Pakistan are also looking pretty good and have a brilliant bowling attack.
