Rahul Dravid gives a cheeky reply when asked about his views on ‘Bazball’

Indian cricket team’s head coach Rahul Dravid was recently asked about ‘Bazball’ at a press conference after the England cricket team defeated the Indian team by seven wickets in the match at Edgbaston. England needed a massive 378-run target to win the match, and surprisingly, they chased it with seven wickets in hand.

England set a new record for their highest successful run-chase in Test cricket history, while they also set a new record for the highest successful run-chase in a Test match against India. After the game ended, fans have been talking about ‘Bazball’.

It is the way new head coach Brendon McCullum has impacted the England Test cricket team with his aggressive tactics. The intent shown by England is unbelievable and it has helped them become the first team to chase a target of more than 250 runs in their first four matches under McCullum.

While Dravid had no idea of Bazball, he admitted that the English team has played some excellent cricket in their last four matches. Here’s what Dravid added:

“But what I can say is that the kind of cricket they have played in the last four Test matches has been very good. It is not easy to chase in England, but they are doing it really well. When your players are in good form, you can play positive cricket.”
