Indian cricket team’s star batter Suryakumar Yadav has humorously asked his friends and family to refrain from seeking tickets to the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 being hosted in India.
With India’s highly anticipated match against Pakistan scheduled for October 14 at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium, Suryakumar used his social media platform to deliver this message.
He cheekily advised everyone to savor the game from the comfort of their homes, enjoying it on their high-quality TVs and in air-conditioned comfort, while kindly requesting an end to ticket solicitations.
“Bhailog ghar pe acche acche TV hain sabke enjoy karo, aur AC mein baith ke match dekho. No more ticket requests pls,” Suryakumar wrote in his Instagram story.

Suryakumar Yadav is part of the Indian cricket team squad for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, but is not a first choice but rather a backup player. Despite getting a number of opportunities, Suryakumar has failed to establish himself as an ODI batter like he has done in the T20I format.
But, despite all the failures, Suryakumar Yadav still gets picked into the Indian cricket team, for which, the right-hand star T20 batter has received much criticism from the Indian fans.
Meanwhile, the Indian cricket team has got off to a great start in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 winning their first two matches. In the first match, India beat Australia while in the 2nd match, they got the better of Afghanistan. Up next waits the challenge against their arch-rivals and neighbours Pakistan on the 14th of October.
