Rachin Ravindra is a 23-years-old New Zealand batter. The Kiwi has roots to India as his father, from India, was a software architect and played local club level cricket in Bangalore.
Rachin Ravindra plays for the Wellington team in the domestic circuit in New Zealand. He made his debut 2018/2019 season for them and then made his senior New Zealand team debut in a T20I series vs Bangladesh in 2021.
What is more exciting about the player is that he made his ODI debut for New Zealand in the year 2023 itself against Sri Lanka and has been included in the World Cup squad.
Rachin has thus far played 12 ODI matches prior to the World Cup match vs England and has scored 189 runs having mainly played lower middle-order.
