Anyway, the team is not using Dube much in the bowling department. Thus, bringing in Jaiswal for Dube will not hurt much. Jaiswal can also contribute better as a fielder for Team India.
2. India should try a new opening pair in 2024 T20 World Cup match against Canada
The experiment of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma as an opening pair has not worked well for India. While one can say that the pitch in New York was tough for batting, many fans feel that Virat can do much better if he bats at number three.
Hence, India should bring in Yashasvi Jaiswal and have a left hand-right hand combination at the top, with Rohit continuing to open. Virat can then bat at number three, followed by Rishabh Pant, Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya.
