    1. SRH player of IPL 2024 – Jhathavedh Subramanyan

    Born in Hong Kong and having made a trip to Lord’s, Jhathavedh Subramanyan has embraced his Indian origin now to play in the world’s biggest T20 league. Jhathavedh has represented Hong Kong team in 50-over format, but he left Hong Kong and came to India recently. The leg-spinner played for Lyca Kovai Kings in TNPL and is now set to play for SRH.

    Kenyan batter Tanmay Mishra was also of Indian origin, and to ensure that he received a higher chance to play, Mishra registered for the league as an Indian player. He played one match for Deccan Chargers and then earned a contract from RCB.
