1) Vidwath Kaverappa
He is fairly new to FC cricket but Kaverappa is making the right noises. He was the Man of the Match in the final and was also named the Player of the Series. While he can swing with the new ball, he is also good when it comes to reverse swing with the old ball. Yes, the selectors might want him to add some pace and if he can show that in the upcoming Ranji Trophy, he could be set for an Indian spot soon.
2) Nishant Sindhu
Nishant Sindhu is one of the talented Duleep Trophy performers who could make their India debut soon. If India is looking for a backup to Axar Patel and Ravindra Jadeja, they must start grooming Nishant Sindhu soon. He is doing well with both the bat and the ball and hence, deserves the opportunity at the earliest.
3) Harshit Rana
Harshit Rana surprised many by doing well with the bat in the Duleep Trophy. He picked seven wickets in the tournament before leaving for the Emerging Teams Asia Cup. With the ball, he has already left many impressed and like in the Duleep Trophy, if he can bat a bit, Harshit could get an extended run with Team India.
