Spencer is a tall pacer who has plenty of attacking attributes in his arsenal. He is still developing and with more experience under his belt, he can be more dangerous for the batters.
1) Mumbai Indians
MI might release Jofra Archer before IPL 2024. The Englishman has had injury problems and with Jasprit Bumrah also having similar issues, Mumbai may not be able to afford to depend on both players at the same time. Hence, in this regard, they can target someone like Spencer. He would perfectly fit the recruitment policy of Mumbai Indians and would instantly be an upgrade over many other options in the squad.
2) Royal Challengers Bangalore

The franchise tried Wayne Parnell, David Willey and Reece Topley as the left-arm seamers last season. However, they might need someone with pace and a ‘hit-the-deck’ attribute.
