Sunrisers Hyderabad could have done better at the auctions. However, they still have a balanced squad. Here, we take a look at the list of three Indians SRH bid for but could not sign in the IPL 2026 Auctions.
There are some players whom SRH really wanted, but they just could not get them on the squad. Nevertheless, SRH did get some decent replacements.
1) Ravi Bishnoi
SRH really needed an experienced spinner in the team. Hence, they went behind Ravi Bishnoi. Now, with him not in the side, SRH will have to rely on Harsh Dubey and Zeeshan Ansari to do the job.
2) Aaquib Nabi is one of the Indians SRH bid for but could not sign in the IPL 2026 Auctions
With Mohammed Shami gone, SRH needed a good pacer in the side. Nabi would have been a good choice with the new ball and in the other phases, as well. Hence, the franchise really battled for him.
3) Mangesh Yadav
Jaydev Unadkat is the lead left-arm pacer in the side. Hence, SRH wanted a suitable backup and Mangesh was a good choice. He is also someone who can hit the ball hard in the lower order. Hence, the franchise was interested in him.
