Gujarat Titans started well in IPL 2025 but later lost their way. They would like to avoid that in the coming season. Here, we take a look at the list of three players the Gujarat Titans must target in the IPL 2026 Auctions.
GT needs some upgrades in the middle order and also in the pace department, especially on the bench. Hence, they will want to do well at the auctions.
1) Venkatesh Iyer
The player will be in high demand at the auctions, despite his poor run for KKR in IPL 2025. For GT, he would be the ideal player to operate at No.4 after Sherfane Rutherford was traded to the Mumbai Indians. GT could afford to spend their entire purse on him because he would be a good upgrade to have.
2) Liam Livingstone is one of the players the Gujarat Titans must target in the IPL 2026 Auctions
Liam would be such an upgrade for the team at No.5. With Shahrukh Khan not in great form, GT needs a strong player at No.5 and Liam could be that option.
3) Ben Dwarshuis
Since GT does not have a reliable left-arm seamer in their ranks, Ben Dwarshuis will be a suitable pick for them. If not as a starter, he can be used as a backup, especially when Kagiso Rabada is not in good form. He also adds value with the bat.
