India will play a lot of home Tests in 2024. Since the squad is in a transition phase, some new faces could also get a chance on the side. Hence, some of the India A performers might get selected for the senior side.
1) Pradosh Paul
Pradosh Ranjan Paul was the pick of the batters for India A on the recent tour. He played only once but batting at No.3, he was excellent with his skills. Scoring a daddy hundred in the South African conditions is not an easy feat. On top of this, Pradosh is a genuine wicket-keeper and can also offer a few overs with the ball. Hence, he might get a chance soon.
2) Saurabh Kumar
Saurabh Kumar is one of the India A performers who could get selected for Team India soon. He was selected for the Indian Team a few years ago but did not get a chance to play. Nevertheless, with the injury issues surrounding Ravindra Jadeja, it is better to have an option in the spin department. Since he is a bowling all-rounder, the management could be inclined to have him in the team.
