    Ahead of the mega event, the International Cricket Council posted a special video on social media, informing the fans about the list of commentators who will make the mega event more special with their voices and opinions. The list features some legendary names like Ravi Shastri, Sunil Gavaskar, Adam Gilchrist and Michael Clarke.

    It also consists of four such cricketers who were once a part of the Chennai Super Kings team in IPL. Here’s a list of those four names:

    1. Dirk Nannes is a part of T20 World Cup 2022 commentary panel

    Former Chennai Super Kings left-arm fast bowler Dirk Nannes is one of the English commentators for this year’s mega event. Nannes is one of the few cricketers to have represented multiple countries in the tournament’s history. He played for the Netherlands in 2009 and Australia in 2010.

    2. Shane Watson is a part of T20 World Cup 2022 commentary panel

    Former Chennai Super Kings all-rounder Shane Watson will also be doing commentary for the matches in the T20 World Cup this year. Watson played the final seasons of his IPL career for CSK. Earlier this year, he captained Australia Legends in Road Safety World Series.

    3. Irfan Pathan

    Irfan Pathan was a part of the Chennai Super Kings squad in 2015. However, he never got to play any matches. Pathan is a member of the Hindi commentary panel.

    4. Samuel Badree

    Former Chennai Super Kings leg-spinner Samuel Badree is one of the Caribbean commentators for the mega event. Badree is a former T20 World Cup winner and a former world number one T20I bowler.
