    Legends League Cricket 2022 Draft took place yesterday afternoon, where the four franchises, namely Gujarat Giants, India Capitals, Bhilwara Lions and Manipal Tigers formed their teams for the second edition of the tournament. Four players – Irfan Pathan (BL), Harbhajan Singh (MT), Gautam Gambhir (IC) and Virender Sehwag (GG) were signed as captains before the draft.     Several big names were drafted into the squads during the Legends League Cricket 2022 Draft. Some former IPL teammates will reunite in the tournament. Here’s a list of such five.

    1. Jacques Kallis and Gautam Gambhir will reunite in Legends League Cricket 2022

    Former Kolkata Knight Riders openers Jacques Kallis and Gautam Gambhir will play for the India Capitals in LLC T20 2022. Gambhir is the captain of the team, so it will be a similar type of atmosphere for both players as it was in IPL.

    2. Yusuf Pathan and Naman Ojha will reunite in Legends League Cricket 2022

    Former Indian cricketers Yusuf Pathan and Naman Ojha played together for the Rajasthan Royals team during the initial IPL seasons. Both players featured for the India Maharajas in the inaugural Legends League tournament and will now play for the Bhilwara Kings.

    3. Lendl Simmons and Parthiv Patel

    Caribbean opener Lendl Simmons and former Indian wicket-keeper batter Parthiv Patel starred in Mumbai Indians’ success during the 2017 season. They will form the core of the Gujarat Giants batting lineup in LLC T20.

    4. Brett Lee and VRV Singh

    Former Australian pacer Brett Lee made his IPL debut for the Punjab Kings team. Former Indian fast bowler VRV Singh was a part of the Punjab team at that time as well. Both pacers will play for the Manipal Tigers in LLC T20.

    5. Virender Sehwag and Ashok Dinda

    Former Indian players Virender Sehwag and Ashok Dinda played together for the Delhi Capitals team in IPL 2011. They will reunite this season as a part of the Gujarat Giants team for LLC 2022.
