    1. Manpreet Gony played in Asia Cup 2008

    Former Indian fast bowler Manpreet Gony represented the Men in Blue in the 2008 edition of the tournament which happened in Pakistan. He played two ODIs, scalping two wickets. His career’s first match was against Hong Kong and last game was against Bangladesh.

    2. Pawan Negi played in Asia Cup 2016

    Indian all-rounder Pawan Negi came into the limelight after his top-quality performances for the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League. He made his debut in the 2016 edition of the tournament against the United Arab Emirates. It is the only game that Negi has played at the international level thus far.

    3. Noel David played in Asia Cup 1997

    Noel David played only four ODI matches for the Indian cricket team in his international career. All four appearances came in 1987, with the last one being in the multi-nation Asian tournament against Sri Lanka at the R Premadasa Stadium.

    4. Siddarth Kaul

    Fast bowler Siddarth Kaul was a part of the Indian squad that won the 2018 edition of the tournament. He played against Afghanistan in that competition and returned with figures of 0/58 in nine overs. Since then, he has not played a single ODI for India.

    5. Prashant Vaidya

    Former Indian pacer Prashant Vaidya played only four matches in his ODI career. One of them was against Bangladesh in the 1995 edition of the Asian competition. He returned with figures of 2/41 but got to play only two matches after that competition.
