1. Manvinder Bisla – Hero of IPL 2012 Final
Manvinder Bisla is best remembered for his knock against CSK in the 2012 season’s final. The KKR star could not maintain his consistency. He has retired now and plays in Legends League Cricket.
2. Sachin Baby
Former Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals star Sachin Baby has been performing well in domestic cricket. However, for some reason, he has failed to earn contracts in the league.
3. Iqbal Abdulla – IPL Emerging Player award winner
The organizers of the league award the top rising star of the league with the Emerging Player of the season award. Former KKR spinner Iqbal Abdulla won this award, but he could not make it big.
4. Paul Valthaty
Paul Valthaty announced his arrival in style with a century against the Chennai Super Kings. However, just like the aforementioned three names on the list, the Punjab Kings star could not capitalize on the start.
5. Abu Nechim Ahmed
Assam’s fast bowler Abu Nechim Ahmed was once a key member of the Mumbai Indians bowling lineup. He even had a stint with the Royal Challengers Bangalore, but Ahmed never made it to the top level.
6. Yusuf Abdulla – Surprise package of IPL 2009
Back in 2009, Punjab Kings signed lesser-known player Yusuf Abdulla. He picked up a couple of four-wicket hauls, but Abdulla could not continue that momentum.
