The World Championship of Legends 2025 will start in a few weeks. The Australian squad was announced recently. Here, we take a look at the list of three former RCB cricketers who play for Australia in the World Championship of Legends 2025.
Brett Lee will captain the side. The Australian squad has a plethora of fine T20 talent. Hence, they will be one of the major favourites to lift the title.
1) Nathan Coulter-Nile
Nathan Coulter-Nile was one of the highly rated T20 players. He landed some expensive contracts in the IPL, and he was once even picked by RCB. However, the pacer did not get a chance to play for RCB because he was ruled out due to an injury. Nathan never got another chance to play for RCB.
2) Dan Christian will play for Australia in the World Championship of Legends 2025
Dan has played for RCB in two stints. In his last stint, he came in as an experienced all-rounder. He was doing well in the BBL and hence, RCB wanted him in the squad. However, he was not in great form. In one of the key matches against KKR, his bowling was poor and this was one of the main reasons why RCB was out of the tournament.
3) Moises Henriques
Moises Henriques happens to be a veteran in the T20 format. He has played in various T20 leagues across the globe and is one of the popular players in the Big Bash League. He has played for teams such as SRH and RCB in the IPL, as well. RCB has always liked Australian all-rounders and Moises was one of the key acquisitions for them.
