US Masters T10 2023 has started in Lauderhill. It is the sister league of the Abu Dhabi T10 League. This competition aims to popularize the game of cricket in the United States and build a market for this sport. To make sure that a lot of fans watch the matches, the organizers have smartly roped in some ex-players of one of IPL’s most popular franchises – Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Despite their failure of winning the IPL championship, RCB have one of the biggest fanbases in the cricket world right now. There are so many former RCB players in this new league that fans can form a playing XI as well. Here’s a team featuring such players.
Top Order – Aaron Finch, Chris Gayle, Parthiv Patel, Jesse Ryder, Yuvraj Singh, Robin Uthappa, Jacques Kallis and Mohammad Kaif
The star-studded top order of this team features Aaron Finch and Chris Gayle as openers. While Finch could not perform his best for RCB, Gayle created a whole new era in IPL while wearing the red, blue and gold jersey.
Supporting them will be left-handed trio of Parthiv Patel, Jesse Ryder and Yuvraj Singh. All three batters have the capability of turning the match upside down single-handedly. Patel will keep the wickets for this team. Robin Uthappa and Mohammad Kaif will be the finishers, whereas the world’s greatest all-rounder Jacques Kallis will provide balance to this lineup.
Bowlers – Praveen Kumar, Abhimanyu Mithun and RP Singh
Former Indian pacers Praveen Kumar, Abhimanyu Mithun and RP Singh will form the pace attack of this team. The right-arm pacers impressed a lot while playing for the Bangalore-based franchise in the IPL. Mithun and Singh are teammates in the New Jersey Triton’s team.
