Instead of considering the opinion of cricket experts or stats, the broadcasters gave the full freedom to the fans. Interestingly, there was no place for Indian cricket team’s captain Rohit Sharma, who turned out for the Mumbai Indians. Even other big names of Indian cricket like Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer missed out. Here is the XI.

Openers – Virat Kohli and Sunil Narine

An interesting right hand-left hand combo of Virat Kohli and Sunil Narine was selected by the fans to open the batting for this XI. Kohli has been in fantastic touch for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru and even holds the Orange Cap. Narine has been the MVP of the season while playing for Kolkata Knight Riders.

There were three all-rounders in the team. Pat Cummins and Andre Russell, who will play in the final, are the two pace-bowling all-rounders, while Ravindra Jadeja is the spin-bowling all-rounder. Bowlers – Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal and Jasprit Bumrah

The spin twins of India, namely Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal will form the spin attack of this lineup. Both spinners were in sensational touch, and they will partner with Ravindra Jadeja in the spin unit. Completing the squad is none other than Jasprit Bumrah who ended the season with 20 wickets from 13 matches for the Mumbai Indians.
