It has been two exciting two years of WTC cycle where Australia finished the table on top and India made second to qualify for the finals. Some other teams also did well, and it was a close contest between a number of teams in the race of WTC final.

Meanwhile, Cricket Australia has picked 11 players to make the best WTC team on the basis of their form in the last two years. It had three Indian players in it. Surprisingly, it didn’t have the likes of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Cheteshwar Pujara, Shubman Gill, or Jasprit Bumrah in it.
