However, now, as per a report by Cricket Pakistan, James Faulkner damaged the hotel’s property in Lahore before leaving. On top of that, sources have disclosed that the all-rounder received his 70% salary in his bank account, but after PCB sent him the payment, he told them he had a different bank account, and he needed a payment in that.

The report claims PCB has tried to contact the bank, but it has not received the funds back. Here’s what the report in Cricket Pakistan states:

James Faulkner paid the damages at the time of checking out from hotel

Another big claim made in the report is that Faulkner damaged the hotel property and then paid the damages for it before checking out.

“Before departure, he damaged the hotel’s property and had to pay damages at the time of check-out,” the report read.

It has also been reported that Faulkner did not behave properly with the officials at Lahore immigration, and they have taken the matter to the higher-ups. On the other side, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has tweeted that they and Quetta Gladiators (Faulkner’s team) have noted this incident and will issue a release regarding the full incident soon.
