The final match of the ICC World Test Championship series between the England cricket team and the Indian cricket team started yesterday at Edgbaston in Birmingham. The first day belonged to Rishabh Pant who smashed the English bowlers all over the park and aggregated 146 runs off just 111 balls. However, Dinesh Karthik was unhappy with what the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) did at the end of the day.

Speaking of the first day’s action between the Indian cricket team and the England cricket team at Edgbaston, the English team won the toss and invited the visitors to have a bat first. James Anderson and Matty Potts reduced India to 98/5, but from there, the duo of Ravindra Jadeja and Rishabh Pant had a 222-run partnership to place the visitors in a comfortable position.

Pant scored 146 runs off 110 balls before Joe Root dismissed him on the 111th ball of his innings. Interestingly, ECB decided to use that as a headline for their YouTube video showing the highlights of the first day’s action between the Indian cricket team and the England cricket team at Edgbaston.

Here’s what ECB wrote in the first part of the YouTube video’s headline: “Joe Root dismisses Dominant Pant.”

Dinesh Karthik took to Twitter to express his unhappiness over the YouTube headline

Indian cricket team’s wicket-keeper batter Dinesh Karthik posted a screenshot of the YouTube video posted by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Here’s what he wrote:

“After such an engrossing, enthralling days play, I’m sure the headline can be much better and apt than this @ECB_cricket That knock by @RishabhPant17 and the quality of test cricket played by both sides were as good as it can be and this is how you sum up a day.”

Many fans have agreed with Karthik’s opinion on Twitter. His tweet has gained more than 8,000 likes and 800 retweets on the micro-blogging platform.
