Neither Sony nor Star showed interest in taking the rights of the home matches of the West Indies cricket team. Since the matches of this series will be Windies’ home matches, they will not air live on any channels owned by Sony or Star. Interestingly, channels like Sports 18 and Eurosport also did not take the TV rights.
Sony and Star are the two major players in telecasting cricket matches in India, with Sports 18 emerging as a new contender. Eurosport telecasts tennis matches and All Elite Wrestling. Only one TV channel in India will telecast India vs West Indies series – DD Sports.

The live streaming of this series, which features three ODIs and five T20Is will be available on the FanCode website and application. Fans will have to buy a pass worth INR 99 to watch the whole tour live on FanCode.

At what time will IND vs WI 2022 match start?
The start time for all the three ODIs between the Indian cricket team and the West Indies cricket team is 7:00 PM IST. Due to massive time zone difference, the matches will start late in India. The local start time in Trinidad for the three ODIs is 9:30 AM.
As far as the T20I matches are concerned, they have a start time of 8:00 PM IST. The last two T20Is will happen in the USA.
