12 years after the historic India vs Sri Lanka ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 Final at the Wankhede Stadium on the 2nd April 2011 where the India cricket team came out victorious to win their 2nd ever ICC ODI World Cup title after last winning it in the year 1983 under Kapil Dev. Now both the teams are set to face each other once again at the same venue after 12 years in a World Cup match.

Bowlers
In terms of India’s bowling on that final, all of them has retired. Munaf Patel retired a long back and has kept himself away from any kinds of cricket. Meanwhile, Sreesanth recently returned to playing after serving a fixing ban and occasionally plays in domestic circuit. Harbhajan Singh and Zaheer Khan have also retired, while both of them are currently doing commentary work, Zaheer Khan is working with the Mumbai Indians franchise as Global Head of Cricket Development.
