    Saurabh Tiwary has announced his retirement from all formats of cricket. The left-handed batter will be best remembered for his contributions to the Mumbai Indians team in the IPL. He also played a few ODI matches for India in 2010, with Saurabh Tiwary’s last ODI appearance coming against New Zealand in Chennai on December 10, 2010.

    India won that match by eight wickets under Gautam Gambhir’s leadership. Ravichandran Ashwin’s three-wicket haul helped the Men in Blue bowl the Blackcaps out for 103 runs.     Ravichandran Ashwin led India’s spin attack and scalped three wickets in that ODI. Munaf Patel formed the pace attack along with Praveen Kumar and Ashish Nehra. Ashwin is India’s top all-rounder in Tests now. Nehra, Patel and Kumar have retired. Nehra is the head coach of Gujarat Titans, while Patel plays in T10 Leagues and has his own academy, just like Kumar.
