Openers of SRH after IPL 2024 Auction – Travis Head and Mayank Agarwal
The left hand-right hand combination of Travis Head and Mayank Agarwal should open the batting for the Sunrisers Hyderabad team. Last year, Agarwal could not perform well for SRH, but the team management has backed him. With Head, Agarwal can form a fantastic combination.
Middle Order – Abhishek Sharma, Rahul Tripathi, Aiden Markram, Heinrich Klaasen (wk), Washington Sundar and Shahbaz Ahmed
Abhishek Sharma can bat at number three, with Rahul Tripathi being the number four batter. The team management will have to think how to use the batters in the best way possible because South Africa’s Aiden Markram and Heinrich Klaasen are extremely talented as well.
Wanindu Hasaranga may not get a place in the playing XI because SRH have two quality Indian spin-bowling all-rounders in the form of Washington Sundar and Shahbaz Ahmed.
