He stated that if Virat Kohli wants to start a new trend of an inevitable future in T20 cricket, he should offer the leadership to Rohit Sharma straightaway for the Namibia match.

With Virat Kohli stepping down, Rohit Sharma is clearly the front-runner to become India’s next T20 captain. However, that will be decided only after the new Head Coach Rahul Dravid takesover the reins from outgoing Ravi Shastri.

In the same video, Manjrekar also mentioned that India should bring back Bhuvneshwar Kumar for the Namibia match to try him out. While also stated that Ishan Kishan and Rahul Chahar should also be given a chance.
