Delhi Capitals skipper Shreyas Iyer has cemented his spot in the Indian team. Even the team’s batting coach Vikram Rathour recently stated that his consistent performances have ended India’s search for a number four batsman. Since India has got a dangerous middle-order batsman after such a long time, they will probably continue with him for the next five years, at least.

KL Rahul can be the versatile player of the team, just like MS Dhoni. If needed, he can bat up the order, or he can bat at the number five position. Rahul seems to have finally found his touch in the international arena. Looking at his never-ending hunger of runs, it is unlikely that he will allow any other player to touch his position.

Hardik Pandya has stated that he might consider retiring from Test cricket to focus on ODIs and T20Is. So, the possibility that he stays in the Indian team when he is 31 years old in 2025 is extremely high. The Baroda-based all-rounder has the potential to become one of the greatest Indian players of all time.

7.Ravindra Jadeja

Ravindra Jadeja is known as one of the fittest players in the game. Jaddu is the best fielder in the Indian team right now. Also, he won the Wisden award for being India’s MVP in Tests recently. The 31-year-old has many more years of cricket left in him, which would make him an important part of the team in 2025.
