Arshdeep Singh has opened up on the possibility of sharing the dressing room with Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma in the near future. The Punjab Kings star recently earned his maiden national call-up after a stupendous performance for the Mohali-based franchise in IPL 2022. PBKS retained him ahead of IPL 2022, and he justified the faith shown in him by bowling excellently for the team.
Singh is a member of the Indian T20I squad for the upcoming five-match series against the South African cricket team. He will likely make his international debut under the leadership of KL Rahul. The left-arm fast bowler has never played alongside Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.
If he impresses in the upcoming series against the South African cricket team, he could become a regular member of the Indian squad. Then in the future T20I matches, he could share the dressing room with both Indian batters. Opening up about that possibility in a chat with Sports Tak, Arshdeep said:
“Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are legends of the game. It’ll be a grateful moment for me to share the dressing room with these two legends.”
