Ishan Kishan’s girlfriend Aditi Hundia posted an Instagram story as Kishan completed his fourth consecutive ODI half-century. Playing for the first time in an ODI match against the Pakistan cricket team, Kishan played a magnificent innings of 82 runs. He came out to bat at number five although he scored his previous three fifties as an opener.
Kishan had to face the dangerous Pakistan fast bowlers, who had already dismissed Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer cheaply. It looked like a tough challenge for him, but Kishan overcame all odds and finished with 82 runs to his name. He stitched up a magnificent partnership with Hardik Pandya for the fifth wicket and helped India cross the 250-run mark.

The Indian cricket fans were delighted to see a young player like Ishan Kishan step up and deliver the goods for the team at the grand stage of Asia Cup. It is common for a new player to struggle in such a situation, especially when the senior players have lost their wickets cheaply. However, Kishan kept his cool and played a knock of 82 runs.

Kishan will now be in action on the 4th of September, when the Indian cricket team plays against the Nepal cricket team for the first time. Although it is a do-or-die encounter now, India are the overwhelming favorites to beat Nepal and qualify for the Super 4s round.
