In that game, current Indian cricketers Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma created a unique record. It was the 83rd stadium where Kohli played, while it was Rohit’s 82nd stadium. They are close to achieving the feat of playing at 100 stadiums.

    Playing at 100 different stadiums is a challenging task because a cricketer needs to have a long career for that. He also needs to perform consistently so that he gets picked in the playing XI irrespective of the conditions. Former Indian cricketer MS Dhoni narrowly missed out on the 100-mark as he played in 99 different stadiums.

    Only two Indian cricketers have accomplished the unique record of playing at more than 100 different cricket venues. Here’s a list of the two names:

    1. Rahul Dravid – 107 stadiums

    Rahul Dravid is the head coach of the Indian men’s cricket team right now. During his playing days, he was known to be the batter with the best technique. It did not matter which part of the world he was playing in, Dravid always emerged as a reliable option in the batting department.

    Dravid played at 107 different venues during his legendary career. The former Indian captain owns the record for playing at the most stadiums among Indian players.

    2. Sachin Tendulkar – 105 stadiums

    It may surprise a few fans that Sachin Tendulkar is not at the top of the list, but Dravid played at two more different stadiums compared to Tendulkar. In his legendary career, Tendulkar entertained fans at 105 different stadiums.

    Fans should note that Yuvraj Singh played at 98 different stadiums, while Sourav Ganguly and Anil Kumble played at 95 and 93 stadiums, respectively. Even Zaheer Khan and Virender Sehwag played at 90+ stadiums.
