However, if one of these roles is with an international team, there could be the angle of “conflict of interest” that could come into the picture. Mahela Jayawardene is one of the coaches who have a job with an IPL franchise and also with an international team. For a period of one year starting from January 1st, 2022, Mahela is the consultant coach of the Sri Lanka senior team along with the U19 and Sri Lanka A squad. Of course, he has been with the Mumbai Indians as the Head Coach for a very long time
3) Sridharan Sriram

Sridharan Sriram has held two high-profile roles for a while now. While he has been a part of the backroom staff of RCB guiding the players with respect to spin bowling, the former cricketer is also doing the same role with Australia. In the success of Wanindu Hasaranga and Adam Zampa in recent times, Sriram has had an important role.
