Sachin Tendulkar’s India Legends won the match by a big margin. Soon after, West Indies Legends and Sri Lanka Legends started their campaigns with wins over Bangladesh Legends and Australia Legends, respectively.

    There are two more teams in this tournament, namely England Legends and New Zealand Legends. It will be exciting to see which team of legends wins the Road Safety World Series. Fans should note that not all players in the tournament are aged more than 40.

    Bangladesh Legends fast bowler Abul Hasan is only 30 years old. He is the youngest player across all squads in the Road Safety World Series 2022. Hasan achieved a unique feat on his Test debut. Batting at number 10, he scored a hundred on debut against West Indies in 2012.

    Hasan played three Tests, seven ODIs and five T20Is for Bangladesh. He played his last T20I for Bangladesh in 2018. Yesterday afternoon, he bowled a spell of 0/18 against West Indies Legends.

    2. Abhimanyu Mithun is playing in Road Safety World Series 2022

    Fast bowler Abhimanyu Mithun is the youngest Indian in the tournament. Mithun is 32 years and 322 days old. He played four Tests and five ODIs for the Indian team. It will be exciting to see how he performs for India Legends.

    3. Chaturanga de Silva

    Left-arm spin bowling all-rounder Chaturanga de Silva played seven ODIs and two T20Is for Sri Lanka. His last appearance in the international arena came in 2017. The 32-year-old took two wickets against Australia Legends while playing for Sri Lanka Legends.
