In the past, CSK has burnt its hands in hefty purchases. They must avoid it in IPL 2024 Auctions. Rather than the name, they should look for the attributes of the player and the requirements of the team.
1) Rachin Ravindra
Many are expecting CSK to go big for Rachin Ravindra. However, the player is not an established name in T20 cricket. While is batting is good, his bowling is still being developing. CSK already has Ravindra Jadeja, Mitchell Santner and Nishant Sandhu in the squad. Santner himself hardly gets opportunities.
